Draco

by Dominic Diamant

On a cosmogonical steep slope,
the reptile, with its own head and tail
veiled by the floating fog of silence,
flies like a lightning
and throws off its shirt of light,
looking for the lost nest.
Destructive in the advancement spasm,
a fluid erases the fever from it,
miraculously fecundating the abyss
until universal clusters rise.

A corpuscle in the body
of the chimaeric serpent,
I hear the seeds of light growing up.
