Romanian lawyer and hero Constantin Dumitrescu-Cunctator is a veteran of Romanian astropoetry. Formely a political prisoner for 40 years under the communist regime, he served as senator in the Romanian Parliament. He was named laureate at the Cosmopoetry Festival of the Romanian Society for Meteors and Astronomy-SARM for his monumental astronomic-mythologic-heroic poem Apotheosis.
